in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery
address. For security reasons we must have a signature at the time of delivery. All items purchased
from natural candle supply pty ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you
upon our delivery to the carrier.
If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting
delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.

products. If the product does not conform to our specification in any
way, or is defective, please contact us on 1300 725 320 to arrange return
shipping at our expense. If the product is not defective and simply unwanted,
we will accept the return, but return-shipping costs will be the responsibility
of the customer.

.If the order has not been shipped, the order will immediately be cancelled
with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, the guidelines for an
