DELIVERIES

Natural Candle Supply offers deliveries to most areas of Australia. A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by us. We do not accept liability for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address.
If the delivery address details provided by you are incorrect and thus affect delivery, you will be responsible for the cost if the parcel is returned to us and also if you wish to have the shipment returned back to the correct address then this charge will also be paid by you.
Insurance will be offered at the time of checkout, is no insurance is taken then Natural Candle Supply will not be responsible for loss or damage during shipment. If insurance has been taked out and loss or damage occurs during shipment, then our policy will be to refund you for the damaged goods subject to as follows.

If the product is not defective and simply unwanted, we will not accept any returns.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to info@naturalcandlesupply.com.au . If the order has not been shipped, the order will immediately be cancelled with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, the guidelines for return will be as per our refund policy above.
